The Aerial Robotics Team shall compete annually in the International Aerial Robotics Competition held according to competition rules. The ART is an inter-disciplinary technical team that includes students, industry professionals, and alumni.

Students gain industry-style hands-on experience in extremely challenging projects. The success of the team depends heavily on the ability to coordinate effectively with other disciplines, promoting a professional workplace attitude. The ART will represent the technical capabilities of Southern Polytechnic State University on an international level.

A member shall be defined as any student or alumni as defined by the current AUVSI competition rules and completes a membership form.
